Adam Gibson

Adam is our ANZ Development Manager, responsible for the development of new client partnership opportunities, enhancing existing relationships, providing guidance on the delivery of core services as well as developing new areas of business on both sides of the Tasman.

Having commenced his recruitment career in January 2012, Adam quickly established himself in Australia’s Infrastructure sector as a successful Consultant before leading the Construction and Engineering division along the East Coast and into South East Asia. In 2014, Adam moved to Auckland to build a successful recruitment business from scratch. In just four years, he went from having a single employee to a team of 15; developed multiple award-winning consultants, as well as the business being nominated as a finalist for SEEK’s Medium Agency of the Year award. Adam also embedded himself in the local Auckland Construction market and was voted onto the Committee of CCNZ (Auckland) and helping revolutionise the way Construction approaches employment standards. Adam also supports a variety of charities, however, one particular success is the fundraising race day event he created, which raised $248,000 for Cure Kids NZ.

Outside of work, Adam has a genuine love for the outdoors and in particular, mountain biking in Rotorua’s Redwoods or on his home trails around Brisbane.
