Engineering Manager - South East, Auckland
My client are an established, heavy industrial maintenance and manufacturing contractor providing specialist, integrated maintenance, fabrication and projects services. Reporting into the COO this role will form an integral part of the business and will be a key link in achieving the company vision to be the No#1 provider of skilled personnel for maintenance shutdowns, fabrication and capital projects. A new, strategic role, created, following a sustained period of growth you will be tasked with implementing business improvement initiatives aimed at driving a high performance and continuous improvement culture. Although aligned heavy industrial industry experience is beneficial if you have significant performance improvement, business administration, financial or change management experience within a technical engineering, industrial or similar environment you will be considered! The purpose of the role is to provide operational management and leadership to the business by implementing technical and developmental training opportunities to staff, supporting delivery of the strategic company plan.
