We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join a leading construction company in Australia. This role is ideal for individuals with strong project management skills who can coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and support project teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to keep construction projects on track, within budget, and compliant with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, contracts, permits, and progress reports to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in financial reporting to ensure cost-effective project execution.
Communication & Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Site Support & Compliance: Ensure site activities align with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential project risks or delays, working proactively with stakeholders to find solutions.
Procurement & Scheduling: Assist with ordering materials, coordinating deliveries, and managing timelines to avoid delays.
