• Collaborating with internal teams (engineering, construction, operations), external contractors, government agencies, and landowners to manage expectations and address concerns. 
• Identifying potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and implementing strategies to minimize their impact. 
• Tracking project expenses, managing budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. 
• Ensuring project deliverables comply with relevant industry standards and quality control measures. 
• Prioritizing safety procedures and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations throughout the project. 
• Monitoring environmental impacts and implementing mitigation strategies to comply with relevant environmental regulations. 
• Providing regular updates to senior management on project status, key performance indicators, and potential issues. 

Required skills and qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the Australian energy sector, ideally with knowledge of electricity grid infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
