Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Leadership:

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. 
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Monitor project progress against key performance indicators and make necessary adjustments. 

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. 
• Regularly present project updates and reports to senior stakeholders. 
• Manage client expectations and address any concerns promptly. 

Financial Oversight:

• Develop and manage the project budget, including cost control measures. 
• Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities. 
• Review and approve invoices from subcontractors. 

Technical Expertise:

• Ensure compliance with relevant Australian building codes, regulations, and safety standards. 
• Review design drawings and specifications, identifying potential issues. 
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex engineering challenges. 

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders including government agencies, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. 
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns effectively. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field 
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects in Australia
