Typical Responsibilities

The day-to-day responsibilities of a factory Machine Operator can include the following:

  • Adjusting and operating manufacturing machinery

  • Lifting materials into machines

  • Testing throughout production stages and the final product

  • Maintaining machinery and reporting faults or damage

  • Ensuring all machinery is operated to Health & Safety standards
