Payroll Officer
– 12-Month Contract | QLD Bowen Basin
RobLawMax Recruitment is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our client’s mine site in Central Queensland’s Bowen Basin. This is a Monday to Friday role where you’ll be living onsite, with flights, accommodation, and meals provided.
Reporting to the Senior HR Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing payroll-related queries and liaising with the offsite payroll team
- Processing employee leave, overtime, and allowances using SAP
- Entering and maintaining accurate employee personal data
- Providing reliable administrative support across a range of HR functions
- Generating and reviewing payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Strong payroll experience with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- 9-day fortnight and flexible work arrangements
