The Role

Based in Brisbane, with site visits, this role focuses on mine planning and design, ideally within open cut truck & shovel and dragline operations. You will have the chance to develop advanced technical capabilities and expand your knowledge in broader strategic mining initiatives. Your Background

• Degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in open cut coal mining.
• Proven expertise in mine planning, design, and technical documentation.
• Experience in long-term mine planning.
• Familiarity with software such as Deswik, Vulcan, Spry, or 3D-Dig (not all are required).
• Strong ability to work autonomously while fostering positive client and team relationships.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential
