As the Survey Manager, you will lead and coordinate all survey activities across multiple project sites, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing survey teams and coordinating daily workflow
- Overseeing engineering and construction set-out programs
- Reviewing and validating detail, feature and topographic surveys
- Managing as-built survey processes and reporting
- Providing technical expertise across renewable energy, rail and civil projects
- Ensuring proper use of GNSS, total stations and other modern surveying instruments
- Maintaining survey accuracy, quality assurance and safety standards
- Liaising with clients, project managers and engineering teams
We are looking for a motivated leader with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in a senior surveying role or as a Survey Manager (5+ years preferred, but strong candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply)
- High proficiency with modern surveying instruments and software (12d, Civil3D, Trimble or Leica desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
- Ability to lead a team while also working independently when required
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- A current driver’s licence
