With a national presence in exterior building maintenance, specialising in rope access, engineered access systems and safety equipment, along with a reputation exceeding 25 years this grass roots business is looking to expand their Auckland team, implementing a brand newBusiness Development Manager. This industry leader came from humble roots in Christchurch and in the last 5 years has experienced phenomenal growth resulting in satellite branches in Tauranga, Hamilton, Whangarei and Dunedin, along with their branches in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

To be a successful part of their team you will:
Have exposure to facilities, property management or services
Have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B environment
The ability to quote on site as well as submit high-level tenders
Be a solutions orientated big picture thinker
Be resilient and tenacious by nature
Ensure project delivery, from conception to completion
Have excellent communication with both clients and internal operations
Proven experience winning and facilitating commercial contracts is ideal
Have experience in managing and measuring quality outcomes by working to specified requirements
Committed to your personal and professional development
Immediate to advanced level of Microsoft
Excellent understanding for H & S in commercial environments
Having a GREAT sense of humour is a real game changer!
