Well established in Wellington having been in operation for over 25 years, our Client are now looking for an office based Administrator to support the daily operations of their construction and engineering team. In this permanent position, you will be part of a busy, productive and vibrant team, supporting a field based team from the office in Ngauranga.

This role suits a person who is currently working in an administration or support role or potentially a person who has worked as in a trade or Technician role who is keen to gain project administration experience.
Some of the Key Functions of the role:
Monitoring and reporting of work forecasts and work in progress
Processing timesheets and scheduling
Raising quotes, purchase orders and job numbers
Assisting with reconciling and monitoring customer accounts
Issuing of monthly Progress Claims and invoices for contracting jobs
Managing retention claims
Provide general reporting and administration for resourcing
Other administration functions as required
The role is full time role and working hours is from 7:30 AM to 4PM Monday to Friday.
