In this role, which will involve both site and office based work, you will support Site Managers and Senior Project Managers in their work managing commercial construction and residential projects in Wellington.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting Site Managers and Project Managers with all aspects with project delivery
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Managing project documentation
Successful applicants will have:
Minimum 2 years in a Main Contractor or consultancy project management role
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working on building projects in New Zealand
High level of organisation
New Zealand working rights
A relevant tertiary construction qualification
High level of self motivation and appetite to learn
