We are seeking a Candidate Manager or a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who will work closely with our Auckland Labour Hire Team to continue their already outstanding growth. You will be a commercially astute individual who has a positive and tenacious attitude and are motivated to perform. You’ll be a self-starter and someone who possesses drive and initiative.

Salary based on experience
Your role will include:
Identifying high quality candidates for current and future roles
Long and short listing candidates for identified positions
Interviewing prospects (face-to-face or via phone / Skype)
Conducting candidate inductions
Completing references and writing reports
Managing existing talent lists on our database
Utilise various marketing tools to optimise success
Active role across our marketing platforms – recruitment and social
General administrative tasks associated with labour Hire compliance
Required skills:
Previous experience in a recruitment or sales environment
A proactive and competitive disposition
Keen eye for quality and accuracy
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Enjoy socialising and interacting with others
