We are seeking a Candidate Manager or a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who will work closely with our Auckland Labour Hire Team to continue their already outstanding growth. You will be a commercially astute individual who has a positive and tenacious attitude and are motivated to perform. You’ll be a self-starter and someone who possesses drive and initiative.

Your role will include:

  • Identifying high quality candidates for current and future roles

  • Long and short listing candidates for identified positions

  • Interviewing prospects (face-to-face or via phone / Skype)

  • Conducting candidate inductions

  • Completing references and writing reports

  • Managing existing talent lists on our database

  • Utilise various marketing tools to optimise success

  • Active role across our marketing platforms – recruitment and social

  • General administrative tasks associated with labour Hire compliance

Required skills:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or sales environment

  • A proactive and competitive disposition

  • Keen eye for quality and accuracy

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Enjoy socialising and interacting with others
