The Opportunity

We are seeking an additional member within our Mining and Energy team who will work closely with our Principal Consultant to assist in the execution of a number of exclusive and retained opportunities. Our team work with a range of global and domestic mining producers, consultants, and mining contractors across and Australian and expat assignments.

We will consider an experienced Candidate Manager / Resourcer who has understands the principles of identifying and managing talent, or a Trainee Recruiter who will be provided a thorough development program from our business leaders.

Collectively we offer a wealth of knowledge and relationships across the mining and energy sectors and have recently secured a number of exclusive campaigns (contract and permanent positions) across hard rock and coal mining environments.

Your role will include:

  • Placing high quality candidates into permanent roles and white collar contract positions

  • Occasional site travel to understand our clients’ needs

  • Attendance at industry events

  • Contribute to budgets, business plans and Australian growth strategies
