One of our most significant clients across Australia and New Zealand requires a Change Specialist to become part of their innovative utilities business. As a critical member supporting the Operations Manager, you will drive high impact initiatives and business outcomes focusing on the human side of change.You will have particularly strong experience in engaging with a variety of internal stakeholders where the change covers business processes, systems and technology. Employee adoption and consistency in initiatives is critical, so bringing previous expertise in the successful management of such programs is pertinent.
The business is one that has an exceptional reputation in the deployment and delivery of services across the utilities sector. They’ve established themselves in Australia from an NZ headquartered base, have organically and consistently grown over the past 5 years, and now have achieved some key records and milestones in their activities down Australia’s seaboard.
To be considered for this position you will possess:
Bachelor qualifications in a related field
7 + years professional experience with at least 3 specifically within change management and analysis
Exposure to a complex change environment, with proven success leading human centred design and initiatives in process and technology
Knowledge of process reengineering, continuous improvement and business analysis
Exceptional communication skills across a variety of internal stakeholders within multi-disciplined teams
