In this role you will be providing commercial & contractual support around the management of professional services contracts as well as project reporting for a key stage in this development. You will be working alongside client organisations & asset owners with contracts and supporting documentation for a large new transport related developments.
You will have a strong knowledge of the construction or consulting engineering industry, and ideally have worked on significant construction / infrastructure projects previously as either a PM, Contract Manager, Engineer to Contract or Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator.
Managing the commercials around the engagements of professional services firms on design contracts for transport projects will be a key feature of this role.
We are looking for one senior and one intermediate level person for this with the following:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Construction / Engineering industry as a PM, Engineer, QS or Contracts Administrator or similar
Strong documentation and organisation skills
Exposure to contracts, procurement processes and documentation
Strong attention to detail
Excellent computer skills with the ability to pick up new programs / systems easily
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage others
Relevant tertiary qualification
