Our client, who is a well established importer and distributor of products within the New Zealand and Australian market, is on the search for a Customer Service coordinator to join their busy team based in Wellington.
As this is a customer focused role, they are looking for someone with excellent telephone manner and the ability to engage with clients on a daily basis. You will be required to process & invoice sales orders as well as arrange for the shipment of the orders. You will be supporting the clients throughout their process and providing aftercare services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Customer service experience and great phone manner
* An efficient and organised manner to handle multiple tasks and enquires
* Sound computer literacy and proven experience with excel
