About the role:
This is a great role for a Team Leader or experienced Foreman/ Supervisor who can effectively lead a Drainage crew on a range of Wellington three water projects ensuring their smooth operation. You will be experienced in wastewater and stormwater reticulation projects and have a desire to make those next steps in your career.
You will be leading the day-to-day operations, managing resources, health and safety and deliver a quality service.

About you:
You back yourself as an expert drainage foreman/ supervisor and want to progress your career through challenging three waters projects. You will have;
Strong leadership and mentoring capability to lead the resources within your team
Sound knowledge of plant and equipment within the sector
Fantastic communication at all levels both written and verbal
Minimum qualification of a Certificate in Infrastructure works (Pipeline construction/ Maintenance/ Stormwater/ Wastewater) or Equivalent
Self starter who is keen to learn and contribute to the team whilst leading by example
Experience in civil construction activities including structure’s, roading, earthworks etc
Being able to run multiple construction labour teams, machines and operators
