As the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for all engineering functions of the plant and leadership of continuous improvement principles.
Through building strong relationships across departments, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for:
R&M of the site, equipment, buildings and environments
The reliable and cost-effective operation of maintenance and infrastructure services on plant, focusing on safety and reliability
Collaboration between trades and production/operators
The initiation, planning and implementation of projects to improve plant performance
Ensuring legislative, resource consent and company policy and procedures are adhered to

To be successful in this role you will need:
Broad-based experience or a sound knowledge of Engineering practices and policies with a particular emphasis on management of maintenance engineering, and plant services
Computer literacy - proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, Excel), Data bases, systems
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
