Move to Tauranga enjoy the coastal lifestyle and escape the hustle and bustle of the big city. Theres no shortage of amazing things to do locally, and its just a short drive to get to the Coromandel, Ruapehu, some of New Zealands best lakes, and more! Enjoy an amazing coast, an awesome climate, and everything else Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty region has to offer.

The benefits of living in Tauranga are no secret and the city has seen incredible recent population growth which isnt expected to slow down any time soon. This has prompted a large push for further development of the citys critical infrastructure, with the Tauranga City Council Long Term Plan setting out a $4.7 billion masterplan covering key crucial spend across new city facilities, roading, cycleways and walkways, 3-water infrastructure and more.

To deliver this $4.7 billion spend, Tauranga City Council has established a Capital Programme Assurance Division (CPAD) to act as Centre of Excellence for Programme and Project Delivery. CPAD will ensure all projects delivered under the Capital Programme are established, costed, resourced, reported and delivered according to best practice by providing systems, guidance and advice to key stakeholders.

CPAD is an enterprise function with all roles being highly influential across the Council. Come be part of a brand-new team and make a difference in delivering awesome project outcomes to the Tauranga community.
