Our client is looking for a facilities and compliance manager to join them and take responsibility for a wide range of operational activities both in the office and the field. You will ensure that the airports assets and facilities are maintained and manage regulatory compliance across the airport. You will be working closely and collaborating with senior management and other internal staff as well as external contractors and suppliers.
Ensure airport facilities and structures are properly maintained
Manage contractors, schedule and supervise on-site works
Ensure the airport is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements
Promote and maintain a culture of safety across the airport

We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment with a lot of variety and responsibility. You will need to be adaptable and able to manage your workload throughout disruptions. Ideally you will have a background of facilities and compliance management from a busy, operational environment across a wide variety of assets including property and civil infrastructure
4+ years’ facilities and or project management experience
Ideally experience from a busy operational environment
A highly flexible and adaptive attitude
Experience managing compliance, risk, and safety activities
The ability to manage multiple, diverse responsibilities
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Knowledge of water systems and structures
