Leading fit-out company looking for to hire someone with 1-2 years NZ and commercial interiors experience.
A Junior / Assistant Site Manager is required for this well established and successful company with a strong forward workload. The salary on offer is in the region of $65-75k depending on experience. A minimum of 1-2 years NZ and interiors experience is essential to be considered.
The position is to work alongside the main Site Manager, responsible for all site activities. You will be ensuring works are followed by subcontractors, tracking the programme to ensure on time delivery and maintaining a safe work environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a Junior or Assistant Site Management on commercial level fit-out projects.
Onsite labour management, health and safety supervision and quality assurance are the main aspects of the position. Excellent communication skills, man management and the ability to prioritise work are essential in order to be successful in this position.
