RobLawMax is partnered with an industry leader in the Energy sector who are looking to add a Key Account Manager to this dynamic team. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will be responsible for understanding the fundamental needs of the customer with the purpose of growing market share and service offerings.
Specifically, the position will involve:
Building long-term, strategic relationships with current and potential customers
Building relationships with a broad set of stakeholders
Generate the service order rolling forecast, with monthly reporting to customers and interna stakeholders
Represent the voice of the customer in service planning and prioritization
Support the wider teams to deliver new services to the market
This role is able to based from either Melbourne or Sydney, with travel between the two occasionally required
To be considered for this Metering Supervisor position you will possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Service Development experience and understanding of the Service Development Lifecycle
Ability to develop strong relationships, with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the energy industry and energy retailing advantageous
