Lead a team of highly skilled tradespeople on site
We are looking to take on leading hand carpenters, with the focus of developing into foreman. Our clients will be looking to take you on permanently. You would be leading and training a team of skilled trade people on multi-million-dollar projects across the Wellington region (Hutt options are also available). Long-term you would be working alongside site foremen, developing leadership qualities, management abilities, and decision making.
Both civil carpentry and construction carpentry roles available!

To succeed in this role:
High degree of competence in carpentry
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Highly reliable
Experience in team environments (leadership roles highly valued)
Able to adapt in challenging situations
