Offering a range of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection engineering services, my client have a strong focus on environmentally sustainable design!As a leading, local niche building services design consultancy, they utilise modern technology and industry best practice to provide a bespoke, professional service focussed on their clients!
This role will work closely with the BIM Manager and Engineers providing support, modelling, drawing and co-ordination across a varied range of building services. You will liaise with other disciplines and consultancies, keep up to date with relevant codes and standards and work in with colleagues as required for project needs.
The ideal applicant will be:
Technically trained with significant experience as a Building Services Technician
Have 2-3 years+ working knowledge of relevant NZ codes and standards
Focussed with a strong attention to detail
Organised and a confident communicator
Proficient with Auto CAD with experience or training with MEP Revit desired
Able to complete as-built and project documentation accurately and efficiently
Experience producing lighting calculations and models using AGI32
