Project Engineer – Commercial Construction & Fit-Out
With continued growth across their projects and supportive teams, this prosperous commercial contractor seeks to hire an experienced Project Engineer to work on their projects ranging in value from $2-20m. Experience of working in commercial interiors and construction projects is essential to be considered. The position has a salary of $100-120k depending on experience.
Main duties:
Manage and deliver projects (or parts of projects) in line with project documentation, considering scope, quality and safety requirements
Control a project (or parts of projects) on and off site, within time ,quality, cost parameters and stakeholder relationships
Overall technical coordination of the construction process, in conjunction with the senior project management team through the coordination and documentation of design and programme requirements
Provide a link between design, building services and sub-contractors to ensure project objectives are met
Reporting to Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager as applicable
Essential experience required:
Tertiary Qualifications in Building/Construction Management or Civil Engineering
At least 4-5years’ experience working within the building and construction industry.
