About the role
You’ll be working on the design and execution of projects to do with strengthening and remediating of concrete structures, plus new construction of cast-in situ post-tensioned concrete structural elements. Examples include:
Brand new major Auckland City bridge post-tensioned pylon design and build
Various bridge structural repairs by post-tensioning, as well as cement, epoxy-based and other concrete remediating techniques
Construction of post-tensioned floor, column, and beam structural elements for commercial and industrial buildings
Structural enhancement of existing civil and commercial structures
You will ideally have Civil Engineering qualification, with around 3-5 years of experience
You ideally have AUTOCAD design experience skills
You have a proficient understanding of NZS3101, loading code and seismic design
You are ambitious, energetic and have the discipline to enhance your professional development
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a solutions-based approach to delivering projects and customer service
You’ll have a desire for both office and site-based activities
$120k + full use company vehicle
