RobLawMax is partnered with a reputable mining house who is currently heavily investing in the ongoing development of their Life of Mine and the associated infrastructure.Due to this investment, there is a requirement for a Project Engineer to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

You’ll join a business with a bustling portfolio of capital projects, as it continues to provide critical gold and copper resource to the global marketplace.You will work within a proficient team, operating on a 14:7 FIFO roster initially to Central West, NSW (45 min flight from Sydney).

To be considered for this Project Engineer position you must possess:

  • Bachelor qualifications in Civil Engineering

  • Previous exposure to working on mining infrastructure or services packages including tailings facilities, dams, process plant upgrades

  • Strong construction experience ideally in an owner’s team or EPCM environment

  • Strong commercial acumen – ability to plan, forecast and manage project costs

  • Ideally some civil design experience (Civil3d), not essential

  • Exceptional communication ability (both written & verbal)
