About the role:
We are looking for an experienced project manager to help deliver a major programme of works worth over $1 billion. Projects will be a mix of vertical construction and complex infrastructure with projects values ranging from $1m to $600m, often running concurrently in a live operating environment with multiple stakeholders.
This role is a client-side PM role, working directly for the developer/asset-owner, and surrounded by a fantastic internal team of construction and engineering professionals, as well as a broader team of external consultants and some of the best contractor teams in the business.
You will have significant construction project management experience leading major projects and managing large, multi-disciplinary project teams.
7-10 years’ construction project management experience
The ability to drive major projects forward
Fantastic communication and engagement skills
Good knowledge of NZ construction contracts
Property or infrastructure project delivery experience (ideally both)
Experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams
Tertiary qualification in construction, project management or engineering
