Join the energetic, dynamic team responsible for delivering modern, fit for purpose healthcare facilities that will cater to the growing needs of the Hawkes Bay District. Reporting to the Capital Projects Manager you will manage a range of HBDHB facilities capital projects from conception through to completion. You will engage key stake holders to develop cost effective practical solutions for a varied capital programme of works.With a co-ordination focus you will provide documentation control and ensure As-Builts, CAD Drawings and associated manuals are kept up to date.

As a Project Co-ordinator you will be detail focussed and able to articulate clearly the process you utilise to successfully manage construction projects. You will be comfortable operating at an intermediate level on multiple packages of work in the $100 K -$1M range, with a track record of similar or larger scale. Having worked with support end to end across the full project lifecycle you will have knowledge of all stages of Capital Project Planning and Project Management.A team player with a positive attitude, you will take a creative approach to problem solving and providing solutions. With a continuous improvement ethos,you will take pride in your work, while maintaining a good sense of humour and ability to focus on what you can control.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako: Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualified in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or Project Management
Developed working knowledge of New Zealand construction contracts, standards and law
Able to effectively manage multiple capital projects of $100 K -1M range concurrently
Prior Government, Health Sector or client-side construction PM experience
Organised and experienced with document control for complex construction projects of scale
Working proficiency of MS Project and exposure to a range of digital PM tools
Experienced with Auto CAD 2D and 3D drafting
