About the role:

This is an off-site project manager role, with a focus on overseeing the delivery of some exciting major infrastructure projects. You will be overseeing contractors, designers, engineers, and other project stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly for your clients.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced construction project manager, ideally, someone who has solid project management background from a professional services consultancy and a background across a mix of civil infrastructure projects. Alternatively, you’re possibly a engineer looking to transition into a project management role.

Successful applicants will have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working within the NZ construction or engineering market

  • Experience taking large-scale infrastructure projects from development to handover

  • An in depth understanding on contractual facets of construction – especially NZ3190

  • A proven delivery record on leading multiple stakeholder projects to successful outcomes

  • Excellent relationship management skills to engage key stakeholders

  • A creative approach to problem solving and providing solutions

This is a permanent position, which will see you embedded within a fantastic team, and playing a key role in the delivery of some of Tauranga’s most important projects.
