About the role:
As the SCADA Support Engineer you will be responsible to provide technical support to the customers in regards to configuration, installation and commissioning of SCADA/Telemetry, IP and radio networks & control systems.
Other key tasks:
Provide technical support to customers in the setup and maintenance of their SCADA systems
Conduct tests on, maintain & re-configure SCADA/Telemetry & RF products as required.
Help develop and maintain infrastructure for SCADA deployment and customer support.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
Qualified in Electrical Engineering or industry experience
Previous experience in field installation, customer support and maintenance roles with high level computer knowledge in control technologies
RTU/SCADA & HMI integration, configuration & support experience
Knowledge of general radio transmission and reception techniques, in particular IP & Analog radio networks, structures, and topology, preferably including path analysis
