As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will provide a high level of support to the HR Superintendent across all aspects of human resources including (but not limited to) recruitment, company policy and system development, employee development and the provision of general support to staff in relation to IR / HR issues.

To be successful in this role you must possess:
At least 2 years’ experience in a HR Advisor role
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar
Exceptional communication skills
Previous exposure to the mining industry (desirable, but not essential)
The ability and willingness to relocate to Central NSW or within drivable distance
