About the role
Reporting to the HR Manager you will join an established team of 8 in the provision of HR support to both mining and civil business units. This will include:
Assisting business leaders in the development and implementation of site and / or project HR Plans
Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate Industrial instrumentation for projects. Participate in EA negotiations
Prepare and manage IR Risk Registersjer
Work with project leaders to develop resource plans and coordinate with recruitment team. Prepare employment contracts
Advise project managers and business leaders on performance management, harassment, and bullying
Applicants from HR Advisor level also encouraged to apply
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR
Extensive experience in the provision of HR support within mining or civil construction environments
Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
Strong awareness of HR and IR legislation
In return for your skills you will receive a base salary of between $135kpa and $155kpa. You will join an established team of HR professionals and be provided a formal career progression plan – overseen by your HR and General Manager’s. The business is supportive of work from home flexibility and also encourages applications from part time candidates.
