About the role:

We are looking for a highly driven and dynamic project/development manager who can run multiple projects across the country in parallel. With over $700m worth of projects in the pipeline and ready for construction, including new freight depots and terminals, as well as offices and warehouses, this will be a busy and exciting role.

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of existing projects through design through to handover stage, as well as assisting with planning for future asset developments and upgrades.

  • Lead multiple projects in parallel, ensuring their delivery to a high standard

  • Manage the planning, design, consents & construction process

  • Develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop plans for future asset upgrade and development requirements


Successful applicants will have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in construction project management, ideally with an industrial focus

  • Great organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently (travel included)

  • Great relationship management and strong communication skills

  • Fantastic drive and self-motivation to perform well and meet deliverables

  • A growth mindset and the desire to learn and develop as the business expands

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
