Delivering high quality commercial new builds, fit-out projects, building upgrades and seismic strengthening projects from their Wellington base, our client are looking for a talented Site Manager to join their expanding team.

Key skills / qualifications required:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience gained working for a Main Contractor

  • Trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualification

  • New Zealand working rights are essential

  • Effective communication skills required

  • Genuine focus on health and safety essential

  • Prior experience in planning projects

  • Ordering materials

  • Ability to read site plans

  • Ability to use basic computer packages

  • Ability to co-ordinate activities with subcontractors

As a Site Manager your performance will be key in the successful delivery of projects.

This position is with an employer with a growing presence in the Wellington market and a strong track record of commercial construction projects, interior fit-out and seismic strengthening projects delivered in the capital and other locations around New Zealand.
