Land Development and Land Use
Leadership pathway
As part of an established multidisciplinary consultancy you will assist with a range of planning responsibilities focussed in the Land Development, Land Use and Subdivision space.As an experienced Planner you will be familiar with the RMA and relevant statutory regulations, development and land use processes. You will be committed to a client focused, service led approach, have experience across a range of private and public sector work and be self-motivated and proactive.
About You:
Tertiary qualified in Resource Management, Town Planning or similar
5 years + local experience in Land Development, Land Use and Subdivision projects
Well versed with the RMA, local and regional plans and relevant statutory regulations
Comfortable scooping work, preparing feasibility reports and providing expert advice to clients
Developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The Role:
Varied Planning work across the full project life cycle advising clients on district, regional
plan provisions, scooping and feasibility reports, development contributions and related council procedures
Collaborative role working directly with experienced Development professionals
Leadership pathway available within a stable, established and reputable practice
